PLA SA is a Jhon Deere company with almost 50 years of experience, dedicated to the production of agricultural machinery, implements and services.
The result of the commercial and productive evolution of the company presented them with a new challenge to improve the user experience, incorporate new technologies in their machinery, such as telemetry, geolocation and the launch of an online application for customers to manage their machines. . For this challenge, we believed it appropriate to base ourselves on the pillars of the Design Thinking + Design Sprint methodologies complemented with Agile Development.
This involved intense daily work to achieve the goals at the end of the process and deliver the product on time, to meet the essential requirements and the strict deadline.
